The apparatus is used for studying the heat transfer through a concentric tube under parallel or counter flow conditions.
The unit consists of a concentric tube heat exchanger, and a service module.The module comprises a service module, hot water tank with a transfer pump and instruments for monitoring and control. Parallel or counter flow is by switching cold water hoses. The unit requires outside cooling water supply.
